Reading Contest Winner Announced With the termination o f the first six weeks, the fifth grade Library-book reading contest fo r that period closed. Winner for , this time was Carol Clark, who read 21 books. Her prize was a very nice Bird Guide. The contest which Mrs. Check, the fifth grade teacher, is spon­ soring will net a prize at the .end o f each six-weeks’ period fo r the student who reads the most li­ brary books. The objective o f this contest is to stimulate competition, and also help to develop an interest in supplementary reading. Senior Invitations This week the Seniors have begun to realize more fully grad­ uation is nearing.
