When God’s people are reminded of His truth and affirmed in their belief they thrive, and those around them are redeemed. We believe that with all our hearts. 4 We Believe in Biblical Authority JASON K. LEE It starts with the University motto: For the Word of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ. We believe in the reliability of Scripture, that it is God- breathed, and that it tells us all we need to know for godliness and salvation. God’s Word is authoritative for all aspects of life and for every decision. 10 We Believe in the Exclusivity of the Gospel JON WOOD There is no other name under Heaven by which men are saved. There is no other religious belief system that will rescue fallen humanity. God’s salvation is uniquely offered through OneWay, One Truth, and One Life— Jesus Christ. 16 We Believe in God’s Design for Man andWoman in Marriage ROBERT G. PARR God made man in His image; male and female He created them. The Fall corrupted God’s good plan for humanity, but it didn’t change that plan. Men and women still find wholeness as they live out His plan for sexuality and marriage. 24 We Believe in Human Life as Fearfully andWonderfully Made DENNIS M. SULLIVAN Human life is fearfully and wonderfully made by a sovereign and compassionate Creator. The sanctity of human existence begins with the preborn and extends through all of life. God has made the worth and preeminence of human life known from the sixth day of Creation to the third day after the Cross. 30 We Believe in the Local Church JEREMY KIMBLE God’s desire for the nations is fulfilled through His body, the Church.
