Cedarville Magazine, Summer 2019

In 1974, the campus of Cedarville University was undergoing significant change. Enrollment had surpassed the 1,000 mark for the first time, with students attending Cedarville from 30 states and four countries. The University opened a new science center, and four new residence halls were under construction. Plans had also been unveiled for the construction of Jeremiah Chapel, later converted to the Apple Technology Resource Center, shown in red, which James T. Jeremiah affirmed as necessary to “maintain the strong Christ-centered ministry of the college.” In 2019, God is still growing the programs and facilities of Cedarville University, preparing a new generation for vocational distinction and Kingdom impact in the world.
