The MACOL program, totaling 33 credit hours, aims to equip mid-career professionals and recent graduates with skills to lead teams, manage crises, plan strategically, and communicate effectively in a digitally driven world. The degree offers four in-demand concentration areas: § Professional Leadership: Develops key leadership and communication skills in professionals across industries. § Digital Communication and Marketing: Trains communicators to reach audiences with clear, compelling messaging that drives measurable results. § Social Media and Cybersecurity: Helps cybersecurity professionals develop management skills and maintain a safe, online organizational presence. § Healthcare Management: Prepares healthcare professionals to lead a team in providing compassionate patient care.
