The ice house stood in what is now die park. None of the crew members were lndentlfied. IT TOOK ten strong men and a boy (grinning, center on right hand handle) to keep the community's hand pumper going. Rakish fellow at far left is doing his pumping duties in a blazer and iron hat. TIME OF this snow scene of Cedarvllle's Main Street has been placed between 1905 and 1910 by Lloyd Confarr, life time Cedarvllle resident. This is Main street looking north. That's the home of Dr. M .I. Marsh in the left foreground. THIS WAS the Main street scene during Cedarville's cen tennial celebration. The elaborate floats were horse-drawn* and there was a dearth of automobiles on the now busy thoroughfare. THIS WAS a "pickup band" of the time--about 1907. That's a Neptune engine p o w e r i n g the monster and at r e a r , hand on the wheel, is Ray Hitchcock who used to operate a billiard par lor in Cedarville.
