Three Counts Now Facing Hutchison Two charges of rape have been followed by a count of keeping a disorderly house against Sam Hutchison, 33, X e n i a Route 5, Charleston Mill Rd. Hutchison has been indicted by the grand jury on a charge of raping a Springfield nurse, has been bound to the grand jury on a charge of raping a 14-year-old Greene County girl and he pleaded innocent Monday in Xenia Municipal Court to a charge of keeping a disorderly house. The Spring Concert given at Jefferson Twp. auditorium Friday, March 22, was very well attended. The program was well presented and was directed by Gene Pummill, the misic instructor, the music instructor. Mrs. C h a r l e s Bo r s t ana children Joe and Rosemary visited at Hillsboro Sunday afternoon. Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Seaman were Mr. and Mrs. James Gumm and son, Perrill Woods. The Shining Star Class of the Methodist Chu r c h will meet at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Ream on Sunday evening, March 31, at 7 p. m. This will be a covered dish supper. Mrs. Reese Hurt In Fall on Ice t Mrs. John Reese, 7 Clemens Ave., suffered a broken right leg Mo nda y morning when she s l i p p e d on icy steps at Greeneview South School. Mrs. Reese, f i r s t g r a d e t e a c h e r , was entering the school through steps leading into the cafeteria when she s l i p p e d and fell. She was treated at Haines Hospital.
