The Busi ness meeting was in charge of the president, Mrs. H a t t i e Wilson. Devotions were held by Mrs.Ert Huston. As part of the program two p o e ms were read by Mrs. Carrie Fajd and Mrs. Hattie Wilsoni' They were, "Legend of Dog Wood T r e e s , " and, "Why We Have Easter. "Other members present were Mrs. B. C. Bumgardner, Mrs. Ross Huston, Mrs. W ill Fudge, Mrs. Ray Fudge, Mrs. Grace Shaw, Mrs. Bertha Smith and Mrs. Anna Conrey. v ille was weekend guest of Sharon Rogers. A 1/c Gary Rogers is visit ing his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harley Rogers, for ten days while on leave from Ft. M y ers, Arlington, Va. A tam er resident of James town, Clarence Wilkinson, is recuperating at his home on Waynesville Route 2, after undergoing surgery at a Ham - ilton Hospital. Mr. W ilkin son is employed by the Dun hams Hatchery. Jimmy Bone, son o f Mr. anc Mrs. James Bone, is confined to his home with chicken pox, Rev. and Mrs. John Collins and c h i l d r e n had as their guests for Easter Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Ben Koogler of Ba tavia, Mrs. Roxie Collins, Miss Deloris Collins and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Tindall of Cincinnati. Mr. and Mrs. Fred St. John Mrs. Ja s p e r Brown, Mrs. Lawrence Rogers of James town and Mrs. Harley Rogers of N ew Ja s p e r attended a miscellaneous shower at the h o m e o f Mrs. Etta Dabe, Wilmington, last Wednesday honoring their niece, Miss Frances Rogers, Cincinnati. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Gar- ringer and children attended a fam ily dinner Easter Sunday at the home o f Mr.and Mrs. Russell Hughes, near James town. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Arra- Smith and sons were dinner guests Easter Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kier.
