Youth Night Held in Xenia Schools Cedarville leaders domin­ ated the annual Youth Night program o f the Greene Coun­ ty Farm Forum Monday night at Geyer’s R e s t a u r a n t in Xenia. Lee White and John Bull are co-chairman of the Cedar­ v ille township committee in charge of the meeting. The p r o g r a m was presented by 4-H Club members under the direction of Mrs. Mary Mott o f near Cedarville. The April meeting o f the J a m e s t o w n F i r s t Baptist C hu r c h Missionary Society was h e l d l a s t week at the home o f Mrs. Roy Heading with the p r e s i d e n t , Mrs. Bernard Knecht, presiding. Thirteen members answered roll ca ll with a Bible verse on faith. Mrs. W illiam Jones was in charge, o f devotions which were on the subject of Easter. Mrs. David Robison gave a report on the M i s s i o n a r y Officers Board M e e t i n g in W a s h i n g t o n C .H ., which she and Mrs. Knecht attended. Mrs. Ritenour Is Hostess Mrs. A .D . D e s p i t e t h e r a i n y , bad weather, we went ahead with setting up six com planters. They are for Marion Smith, Fuzzy Robinson, Robert Sher­ idan, Leonard Mangan, Del- mer Bull and son and O. T Marshall. Some of t h o s e who have dropped by, declared w e’d never get a c h a n c e to use them, but we went ahead just the same. At the same time, w e've also been busy up front put­ ting the repairs in the bins in an attempt to be ready for quick service on in-the-field b r e a k - d o w n s at planting time. We still found time, despite the weather, to make a cou pie of plowing demonstra­ tions this week. And, even after that, w e’re still looking for something that w ill force us to shift down from fourth gear. W e’ve even been sur prised, ourselves, with the ability o f this new John Deere 720 to conquer all our local 'Soils with such ease.
