Thursday evening Mrs. McCallistcr shared honors with the American Legion I Department Rehabilitation Chalr- : man, Robert Konkler of Trotwood, when both were speakers at a Joint meeting of Post and Unit 200j of Dayton. The Farm Bureau Councill No. 8 met at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Stover last Saturday evening for their regular monthly meeting, Mr. Elmer Welch of the Farm Bureau Office, Xenia was a guest of the evening; Mr. Welch and Mr. Stover led a general discussion on "Accidents—When are Farmers Liable?". Mr. Welch Is the field representative for the Farm Bur eau Insurance Company for the Greene and Warren County areas. Refreshments were served by. the hostess at the close of the discus sion. For instance, a person who enter ed service on December l, 1954 would receive GI Training entitle ment only for the period between December 1 and January 31, 1955, or 3 months Schooling. No one will be eligible for any Benefits unless they serve a mini mum of 90 days. The 90 day mini mum period need not be completed by January 31 1055. It may begin on or before January 31 and ter minate any time there after.
