The letter read a follow : "The following i an account of Dr. David Seymour award of the ~fedal of Honour by the Tchad gov– ernment. ' 'January 15th i Independence Day in the two year old Republic of Tchad; but we did not celebrate until the following day. Tue day, when the Pre ident. Mr. Francoi Tombalbaye could be here.
