WMBI-FM began broad– ca ting with the increa ed power Sept. 14. Moody Bible institute owns and operate four radio stations. WMBI– FM pioneered in religious broadcast– ing in 1926. WMBI-FM began broad– ca ting in July 1960. The other Moody tations are WD LM in East Moline, Illinois, and WCRF-FM in Cleveland Ohio. Under license of the FCC, the Moody stations must maintain a proper balance of programing in the areas of religion, entertainment agri– culture, education news, di cu sion and public service.
