' The merger wa made in J ul 1 of 1954 and Rev. Harry Hem– minger. pa tor of the Center Church relocated to tart a new work in >iorth Olm ted. Rev. Lynn E. Roger J;a tor of the Village Church. con– tinued after the merger and i now entering hi 12th year in thi pa tor– ate. Pa tor Roger and hi s famil y had JU t returned from a three-week vaca– tion during whic h time the congrega– tion planned thi pecial hi torical program. On their r eturn. Pa tor Roger and hi family found a new concrete floor laid in ~he garage of OCTOBER , 1964 PAGE 8 the par onage a L1tility traiiler parked in ide and a refrigerator-freezer tand– ing in the kitchen replacing the old r efrigerator.
