"We were h appy to find that tem– porary housing had been arranged for us; ideally located directly across from Benalla Secondary School and o nly a block from the elementary school. "For the next few months we wi ll be getting oriented into the work a nd assisting the G r ants ( fellow Baptist Mid-Mi ss ions missionaries) in the church here." The city of Bellefontaine is located on the highest point of land in Ohio , and the scenic hille and valleys ju.et east of our city are wild with color in October. Bellefontaine boasts of having the first concrete street in America, and you can see this street and its memorial plaque on the south side of our court house . We also have the shortest street in the world . We have been told by many visitors that we have the friendliest oity in the world!
