O.A.R.B.C. 44th Annual Conference BUCK LEWIS t AMSTUTZ PIERSON The 44th Annual OARBC Con– ference will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church in Bellefontaine, Ohio . this month . . . October 18 through 20. Host Pastor, Rev. John Wood , in– forms us that all things are now ready! Guest evening speaker for the con– ference is Dr. James T . Jeremiah, President of Cedarville College. Other speakers include Rev. Don Sewell, Rev. Tom Wright, Sr., Rev. Walter Banks, Rev. William Broughton, Rev. Lauren Schenck, Rev. Carl Stephen– son and Rev. David Marsteller. A very special mi ssionary emphasis is being added this year. Mission leaders including such men as Dr . AJJan Lewis and Dr. Raymond Buck October 18-20 DR. JAS. T. JEREMIAH of Baptist Mid-Miss ions, along "vith Rev. Harold Amstutz and Mr. William Pier$on of the Assoc. of Baptists for World Evangelism will be present. Four missionaries, fresh from distant lands, along with these other men, will form a panel. They will dis– cuss the subject of missions, both at home and in distant lands. These mi s– sionaries are: Rev. Frank Hartwig (ABWE - Philippines), Rev. Donald Trott (ABWE-Hong Kong ), Rev. Gor– don Wimer (BMM-Republic of Chad) and Rev. Leeland Crotts (BMM - Jewish Missionary Work) . Reports will be presented during the conference concerning our OARBC camp programs, the work of our State Missionary in forming new churches, yot1r editor's report con– cerning THE OHIO INDEPENDENT BAPTIST, the receiving of new churches into our fellowship, the wel– coming of new pastors into our state, as well as other matters of interest.
