John White of Ore– gon, Ohio undergoing open heart sur– gery. The operation was performed on April 25th. Everything seemed to be going very well , however, we received a phone call on August 8th from his wife. She informed us he has had another coro– nary attack and is back again in the Toledo hospital. His condition is quite serious. Pray much for our brother and his family. 14 AUGUST· SEPTEMBER, 1973 111dk ll c 111 tlll I~ ft) I' l1i position. l1i I I i,,ilegcs, l1i s J'l()SSCSSi()ll , l1i s s tnttlS in Iii · ( Pl1ili1J1>ia11s :3- 10) . f>t1ilip– J ia 11s : 'i sa 'S. Godliness with contentment is great gain." (I Timothy 6: 6). "As sorrowful , yet al– ways rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things." ( II Corin– thians 6: 10). "I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound . . . I have all and abound, I am full . . ." (Philippians 4: 12-16). Spiritually we have all things and abound, we shall judge the world, we are joint heirs with Christ, we shall reign with Him, we shall be exalted with Him. This is the work of the Holy Spirit and we experience these as we yield. Literally - Adam had this right to the earth before he fell; Christ regained it for His own! "Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth." It includes a study of the purposes and practices unique to the Christian school and a historical sur– vey of Christian schools in the United States. The course features integrat– ing Christian philosophy with subject matter and prepares teachers for re– sponsible leadership in curriculum de– velopment. Another feature of the new Chris– ti an school emphasis is a study being conducted by the faculty on the in– tegration of Biblical principles with subject matter. Christian teachers are invited to participate and share in this study as members of the class or by· correspondence. Commissioning Service Recently a commissioning service was held at the Grace Baptist Church in Cedarville, Ohio for Rev. and Mrs. Wyman Ritchie. These dear folk have been members of the Cedarville church for over three years. They are now moving to the Barre-Montpelier, Vermont area to engage in a church-planting ministry. It was the privilege of the Grace Baptist Church in Cedarville to recog– nize the call of God upon the lives of these folk and to send them forth on this very important missionary assignment. We feel confident the Lord will greatly bless their efforts. AVAILABLE FOR ... Pulpit Supply-Special Meetings- Weekend Meetings . Rev. Elton C. Hukill Wellington Mobi le Home Park Wellington .
