Harriman Hall, the first building purchased by the college for use as a dormitory, originally housed women. In more recent years it has become a popular residence hall among upperclass men because of its homey atmosphere and its proximity to both the college library and the Pizza House. An added attraction among the "Harriman Hurricanes" and their friends is the front porch swing—especially in the spring. Ken Swigart gives an extra special brush for an extra special date.
