Spring quarter is highlighted not only by the change in weather from the cold grays of winter to the warm sunshine of spring but also by the many activities in which students can participate through the intramural program.Residence Hall photo by Shawn Mallison Week, which occurs toward the end of the quarter, features the greatly anticipated "Oozeball" — volleyball in the mud.Residents of the various dorms form teams and compete in this one-day competition. There is no such thing as a passive bystander. Anyone who comes to watch is an automatic target for flying mud. Other activities during the spring quarter include guys' and girls' softball, walleyball, golf, aerobics, basketball, volleyball, and bowling.
