He emphasized the importance of having a servant's heart and being in community with other believers. Figueredo reminded students that although they're in community with believers at Cedarville, they need to continue to encourage and challenge one another. Being part of a church means investing in other people's lives and making an effort to grow as a whole and as an vidual. A Christ-centered life is a life spent loving God first and foremost, and also loving others. Figueredo's bi-weekly messages helped to remind students what is truly important about the time spent at Cedarville. indi-
