All tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration. The room and board expense ($210.00) may be paid at the time of registration or arrangements can be made with the business manager to pay $105.00 down and the balance within 60 days in two equal amount : $52.50 by the end of 30 days, and $52.50 by the end of 60 days. The cost of board and room at the dormitory will be $230.00 per semester if not paid according to the above paragraph. This may be paid in weekly or monthly amounts averaging at least $13.00 per week and must be paid in adrnnce. Special students taking less than twelve (12) semester hours will pay $4.50 per hour with a minimum tuition fee of $15.00. Any student, who e account becomes more than ten days in arrears, must make special arrangements with the Business Manager in order to remain in school. Transcripts of credits and diplomas will not be issued if accounts are not fully paid. Without special arrange– ment with the Business ~fanager, no student can take final exam– inations until his Institute bills are paid. SCHOLARSHIPS The Directors ha,·e made provision whereby financial help can be given to children of missionaries who are actively serving under boards approved by the G.A.R.B.C. These scholarships vary in amount with full tuition allowance being the maximum limit. Please write the Business Manager for further information. ADDITIONAL FEES SPECIAL EXAMINATIO~ FEE of $LOO is charged for EACH late examination. VACATION FEE of $5.00 is charged each student who is absent - 18 -
