Caring Well. Staying Well. COVID-19 Operating Plan
19 CaringWell. StayingWell. The University provides a staff-led service that delivers meals to students who are in quarantine or isolation. With a Philippians 2:4 mindset, faculty, staff, and students volunteer to be part of a team that delivers breakfast, lunch, and dinner to quarantined or isolated students. The goal is to provide tasty, sufficient, and timely meals to students while they are not able to leave their residence halls. Students are able to select their meal choice the night before from an online menu, and meals are delivered safely to their residence hall following COVID-19 protocols. Here’s how the service works: • Students receive an email fromUniversity Medical Services with a link to a meal request form. • Students complete meal request form each night by 11:59 p.m. to request meals for the next day. • Meals are delivered to residence hall lounges. • Residence Life staff deliver meals to students’ rooms: Breakfast, 7:30–8 a.m.; Lunch, 12–12:30 p.m.; Dinner, 5:30–6 p.m. SERVING CARING WELL MEALS
