Bill Taylor, U.S. diplomat in Ukraine, tells impeachment investigators during closed-door testimony that U.S. military aid for Ukraine was contingent on a promise by Ukraine to conduct investigations into the 2016 U.S. election and into Burisma/the Bidens. He also revealed that Zelensky would have been invited to the White House if he had publicly announced the investigation into Burisma.
