REMEMBERING ROBERT GROMACKI Robert Gromacki, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Bible and Greek, passed away on March 29, 2023. Gromacki was a renowned biblical scholar, a beloved professor, and a dear friend to many. He faithfully served Cedarville University as a professor from 1960 to 2010, and he was chair of the Bible department for more than 25 years, establishing the Bible minor and several majors within the department. Gromacki is also the author of 15 books, but he is best known for his New Testament Survey, a textbook used in colleges and seminaries across the United States. Give Now cedarville.edu/ gromackischolarship ACADEMIC DIVISION REORGANIZES AS STUDENT BODY CONTINUES TO GROW As student enrollment has increased to more than 5,000 undergraduate, graduate and dual -enrol led high school students, Cedarville University will reorganize its academic division by expanding to nine schools, effective July 1. Before this change, the university had seven schools and multiple academic departments. The new structure provides for more efficient and effective leadership with clearly defined roles and prepares Cedarville for continued growth, while ensuring the mission of the institution is upheld throughout the academic experience. This new structure took months to develop as Dr. Thomas Mach, vice president for academics, gained input from various academic areas and governing bodies on campus.
