In the past half-decade, Cedarville's computer science and cyber operations programs have experienced remarkable growth, attracting students from diverse regions across the nation seeking excellence in cybersecurity education. The latest accolade from Cybersecurity Guide, which recognizes Cedarville’s cyber operations program specifically, further underscores Cedarville's standing as a national leader in cybersecurity education. “We are thrilled to receive this honor, and the timing is special because this May we will graduate our first class of cyber operations majors,” Seth Hamman, Director of the Center for the Advancement of Cybersecurity at Cedarville, said. “Cybersecurity Guide’s number one ranking is an affirmation and an accolade that will accompany our grads into the workforce.” To evaluate the cybersecurity programs, Cybersecurity Guide scrutinized over 100 schools based on graduation rates, retention rates, admission rates, tuition costs, and Center for Academic Excellence (CAE) in Cybersecurity designations.
