The new Scharnberg Business and Communication Center is home to the Robert W. Plaster School of Business, the Department of Communication, the Center for the Advancement of Cybersecurity, and the new Berry Center for Free Enterprise. It is a testimony to the generosity of God and His people, a quality we want to foster in all our students — not just those studying business, communications, or cybersecurity. In keeping true to our mission, every square inch is a context for life transformation. Cedarville is a greenhouse in which students are nurtured and prepared to go into the world as ambassadors for Christ, whatever their vocations may be. As you have read in the previous pages, entrepreneurship is one of our most exciting and fastest growing areas of study. Teaching entrepreneurship at Cedarville offers profound benefits that extend beyond a conventional business education. The entrepreneurship curriculum at Cedarville not only equips students with practical skills but also aligns with the core values of the institution — love for God, love for others, excellence in effort, and integrity in conduct. Our faculty want students to understand the values of stewardship, service, and biblical leadership.
