CEDARVILLE STUDENTS CARRY BANNER AT 2024 OHIO MARCH FOR LIFE On Friday, October 4, 100 Cedarville University students joined the fight for the unborn child by leading the March for Life rally in Columbus, Ohio. The event gave a voice to the unborn by bringing awareness of the pro-life position to Ohio representatives in the Capitol Building, where the march took place. Officers fromCedarville’s Students for Life organization, Jason de Mets, Paige Johnson, Ruby Stedman, Harleigh Brunette, Haley Mast, and Braedon Erwin, held the Ohio March for Life banner at the front of the procession. By extending this invitation to Cedarville’s students, Ohio March for Life has given Cedarville’s Students for Life chapter a platform to spread awareness of the issue and inspire others to join the fight to protect the unborn. As a chapter of Students for Life of America, Cedarville’s student organization supports the pro-life movement by educating and informing others, providing aid to women in desperate situations, and joining events like Ohio’s March for Life to encourage policy changes to protect unborn children. The Cedarville Students for Life chapter regularly partners with other pro-life organizations, like Dayton Right to Life Foundation, to support these goals. 47
