THE BIBLE MINOR: A FOUNDATION WORTH ENDOWING Endowing the Bible minor is a strategic investment in both Cedarville’s future and the Church’s future. For decades, Cedarville’s Bible minor has been one of the most formative parts of a Cedarville education. Every undergraduate in every major graduates with training in Scripture and theology. This shared foundation shapes our students’ worldviews, forms their convictions, and anchors them to the authority of God’s Word. The Bible minor has also proven to be one of Cedarville’s most effective ministry on-ramps. Many students first discover their calling to pastoral or ministry leadership through these courses. Others carry this biblical depth into becoming effective, faithful servants within local churches across the world. Endowing the Bible minor ensures that our biblical instruction remains robust, our faculty excellence is sustained, and tomorrow's church ministry leaders continue to be shaped by Scripture rather than cultural drift. SCHOLARSHIPS: REMOVING THE COST GAP FOR FUTURE PASTORS AND MISSIONARIES At the same time, the need for trained pastors has never been more acute. This is where Cedarville Theological Seminary — and especially the Master of Divinity — plays a decisive role, equipping students with the theological depth, pastoral wisdom, and supervised ministry experience they need for faithful, long-term service. For many called to the pastorate, the barrier is not conviction but cost. Seminary education is demanding, and financial barriers can derail a future pastor’s preparation. We haven’t yet had time to grow our scholarships for future pastors and missionaries, and only a small number of these students currently receive meaningful scholarship support. Would you help us? Strategic investment in scholarships for future pastors and missionaries directly addresses this challenge. Scholarships remove obstacles, allowing students to focus fully on their ministry preparation rather than financial strain. Each scholarship represents decades of Gospel proclamation, faithful shepherding, and steady leadership in local churches around the world. A GENERATIONAL OPPORTUNITY This is a defining moment for Cedarville and for those who love the local church. Endowing the Bible minor strengthens every graduate’s foundation. Investing in scholarships for future pastors and missionaries raises up leaders who will champion Christ’s Church faithfully for the next generation. Together, these investments ensure that when today’s pastors step aside, there will be a new generation ready to step forward, rooted in the Word of God and prepared for lifelong ministry to the Church. Advancing Cedarville is, ultimately, about advancing the Church. Few opportunities offer a clearer, more enduring return. HOW DO I SUPPORT BIBLICAL EDUCATION AT CEDARVILLE?
