A Cedarville University education is designed to
transform students’ lives. From the residence halls to
the classroom and athletic fields, all of our structures
and strategies have been intentionally focused to
produce graduates who possess the expertise and
character needed to engage their spheres of influence
with truth from God’s unchanging Word.
In contrast to statistics that show 50–80 percent of
young adults leaving their faith while in college,
Cedarville’s approach considers students’ spiritual
development to be a critical part of their education.
Through daily chapel, ministry programs, discipleship,
mentoring opportunities, and more, students are
immersed in a community of Christ-followers that
provides both challenge and support as they make
their faith their own. Our graduates are known for
their character and integrity, rooted in a vibrant and
maturing relationship with Christ.
