Pre-Service Teachers' Use of Frustration to Enhance Communication

“Overall, I believe that the linguistic diversity present in almost all of my classes has done nothing but enhance both my students' learning processes as well as my own comprehension of other languages and cultures. It has served as a way to sometimes teach at a more in-depth level of understanding, as well as a way to broaden the perspectives of the students who pass through my classes.”
