Both angular and rounded grains can be found in the sandstone. Some of the mineral grains are labeled as follows: (K) K-feldspar, (M) muscovite and (Ka) kaolinite. Quartz is white. The blue color is epoxy. The samples have been stained so K-feldspar is yellow.
