Barton Allen '97 and Emily Weber'99 were married June 19, 1999. Many Cedarville alumni were in the wedding party. Bart's parents, Larry'72 and Nancy Leapline Allen '70,came from the Philippines for this special day. Bart works for ABS Contractors, and Emily is a substitute leather in the Xenia Public Schools. They live in Xenia, Ohio. Lisette Cardel'97 and Rodney Alt were married April 17, 1999. They spent their honeymoon in Orlando, Florida. They reside in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, where Lisette works at their church. Rodney is a service technician for Control, Service and Engineering. Jamin Ferner'97 and Angie Wenzel'98 were married April 10, 1999 in Omaha, Nebraska and enjoyed a honeymoon in Hawaii. Jamin is a manager at ADT Home Security, and Angie is working in event planning. The couple has settled in Denver, Colorado. Jennifer Ferris'97 and Michael Larson were married March 13, 1999 in Roanoke, Virginia. Jennifer is a nurse, and Michael is the interim youth pastor at Fair Oaks Church. The couple resides in Pittsburg, California. Daniel Graham '97N and Rebecca Kniowski'99 were married May 15, 1999 in Boones Mill, Virginia. The Grahams reside in Baldwinsville, New York, where Daniel is a product development engineer at Syroco. Dan Huber'97 and Denise Proudfoot'96 were married June 13, 1998 in Fairborn, Ohio. They have settled in Ft. Worth, Texas, where Dan has completed his second year at Dallas Theological Seminary. Denise is a registered nurse at Cook Children's Hospital. They enjoy working with the senior high youth group at their church. Kevin Jones'97 and Mari Angeles Sanchez were married April 17, 1999 in Madrid, Spain. Kevin works at a consumer electronics distribution firm. They reside in Coslada (Madrid) and attend the church that Kevin's parents, Roy and Nancy Towle Jones '69, are planting in Coslade. Daniel Partee'97N and Ahlam Boland 2001N were married May 22, 1999. They reside in Cygnet, Ohio. Graig Austin '98 and Sara Radford '96 were married June 13, 1998 and honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico. Many Cedarville alumni were in the wedding party. Graig works at the University of Michigan Hospital and will begin seminary in the fall. Sara teaches second and third grades in Belleville, Michigan. Rob Bouwens'98 and Julie Jaskilka '98 were married December 28, 1998 in Eugene, Oregon. Dan Estes '74 officiated the ceremony, and many Cedarville alumni were in the wedding party. The Bouwens honeymooned in Colorado and now reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. Steven Burchett'98 and Patricia Noble'98 were married July 18, 1998 in Willow Valley, Pennsylvania. After enjoying their honeymoon on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the couple now resides in Louisville, Kentucky. Steve attends Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Patty works as a customer service coordinator at a material recovery service for public libraries. Matt Fourman '98 and Alissa Whitten '98 were married December 12, 1998 in Romeo, Michigan. Many Cedarville alumni were in the wedding party. After a beautiful honeymoon in Killington, Vermont, Matt and Alissa have made their home in Huber Heights, Ohio. Alissa is currently the director of marketing and admissions for Heartland of Greenville, a health care facility in Greenville, Ohio. Matt is finishing his second year of an anatomy master's degree at Wright State University, where he plans to continue on to medical school. Chad Lan'98 and Patricia Esterline were married June 18, 1999. The couple resides in Xenia, Ohio. Jennifer Lutz'98 and Trey Killingsworth were married May 29, 1999. They enjoyed a one month trip in Hilton Head, North Carolina, and traveling along the coast. Dean '83 and Crystal Starr Johnson '86N announce the birth of Tyrin Dean. He was born March 4, 1999 in Peoria, Illinois and joins his sister, Quintanya (3). Linda Friedland Nelson '83 and her husband, Chester, announce the birth of Mattie Jane on March 24, 1999. Big brother Eli John (5) awaited her arrival in Hebron, Illinois. Trent'84 and Darla Kennedy Licklider'87N announce the birth of Seth Lope on May 1, 1999. Darla stays at home with Seth in Xenia, Ohio. Karen Simpson Heath '85 and her husband, Kevin, announce the birth of Benjamin Lowell on May 28, 1999. Benjamin was welcomed by his two older siblings in Cedarville, Ohio. Kevin is an assistant professor of English at Cedarville College. Teresa Carter John '86 and her husband, Kris, announce the birth of Brittany Kirsten on March 26, 1999. Brittany joins Tyler(7) and Joshua(5) at home in Pheonixville, Pennsylvania. James Reiter '86 and his wife, Marsha, announce the birth of Allyson Anne on March 13, 1999. She is greatly adored by her four big brothers Michael (8), Josh (7), Danny (5), and Benjamin (2). Jim is the pastor of Dunwoody Community Church in Atlanta, Georgia. Dave Beverly'87 and his wife, Lora, announce the birth of Megan Carole on December 15, 1998. Megan joined her six-year old twin sisters, Rachel and Nicole, and her older brother, D.J.(5). The Beverlys are working with the Helping Asians Reach Asia program in the Philippines. Jim Koerber'87 and his wife, Michele, announce the birth of Nathanael James on April 29, 1999. Jonathan (6)and Elizabeth (3)awaited his arrival in Lafayette, Indiana. Kevin '87 and Shawna Denney Shaw '87 announce the birth of Tessa Joy on March 22, 1998.She joins her siblings Dylan (7), Carly (6), and Aubrey(4)in Lansing, Michigan. Kevin is the associate director of public relations and director of marketing and creative services at Michigan State University. Jeff Bergandine'88 and his wife, Sarah, announce the birth of William Jeffrey on May 28, 1999. William is enjoying all the adoration he receives from his three sisters: Mary, Ruth, and Olivia. The Bergandines live in Wheaton, Illinois. Dan '88 and Louanne Cruz Erlandson '89 announce the birth of Jacob Robert on March 14, 1999. Jacob's two brothers, Daniel(5)and Jared (1), welcomed him home in Hudson, Ohio. Dan works for National City Corporation, and Louanne manages the home. Gary is a patrolman with the Amherst Police Department, and Leanne is a homemaker.The family resides in Lorain, Ohio. Brent Lydic'89 and his wife, Leann, announce the birth of Karisa Grace on July 4, 1999. Her brothers, Jared and Micah, welcomed her home in Highland, Maryland. Rusty is a physical therapist assistant at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney, Ohio, and Kimberly is in her eleventh year of teaching at New Carlisle Middle School in New Carlisle, Ohio. Terri Huber Weiss'89 and her husband, Steve, announce the birth of Forest. He was born March 11, 1999 and joins Tirzah (3)at home in Farmington, New Mexico. Steve and Terri moved to New Mexico in September 1998 to be full-time houseparents with Navajo Missions, Inc. Their household includes seven Navajo children ranging in age from 5 to 16. Robert'89 and Deborah Schwartz Zender'88 announce the birth of Jessika Ashlyn on February 14, 1999. Jordan and Brianna welcomed her home in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. HANDIWORK OF GOD Tim Kaufman '76 and his wife, Alicia, announce the birth of Naomi Noel on January 20, 1998. She joins her three sisters, Ali, Amber, and Sophia, and brother, Ivan. Tim is in his eighteenth year of full-time concert/seminar ministry. His tenth album, His Mercies are New To Me, will be released in the fall. Robert Wagler '81 and his wife, Angel, announce the birth of Katelyn McKenzie. She was born July 19, 1999 in Greeneville, Tennessee. Eric '82 and Marsha Peterson Kindig '84 announce the birth of Paul Daniel on September 12, 1998. He was welcomed home by his brother, John (2), in Sidney, Ohio. Brad '82 and Bev Barnette Reinhart'83 announce the birth of Andrea Lee on June 2, 1999. They reside in Fairhope, Alabama. 10 FALL 1999 Dave Allen '90 and his wife, Jenni, announce the birth of Adam Robert on February 20, 1998. Dave is the director of broadcasting, media, and public relations for the Huntington Blizzard of the East Coast Hockey League. Dave serves as the play-by-play announcer for the team. The Aliens live in Huntington, West Virginia. Kirk '90 and Valerie Vanderwest Belmont'90 announce the birth of Kenton Andrew on May 14, 1999. Kirk (5), Erika (3), and Luke(1) awaited his arrival in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Kirk is an associate pastor at Hershey Evangelical Free Church. Greg '90 and Andrea Unger Gibbs'90 announce the birth of Grant Lewis on June 8, 1999. His siblings, Gabe and Allie, welcomed him home in Portage, Michigan. Big sisters Katelyn (5) and Courtney(2) were excited to welcome him home in Teays Valley, West Virginia. Kerry is busy in his dental practice, and Sandy is happy at home with the children. Steve Lesko'90 and his wife, Melanie, announce the birth of Benjamin James on April 21, 1999. He joins his brother, Bradley (1), at home in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. Tom '90 and Laurie Gross Orser'89 announce the birth of Madeline Taylor on March 4, 1999. Madeline joins Megan (6), David (4), and Morisse (3)at home in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Jennifer Sainato Parschauer '91 and her husband, Bobby, announce the birth of Shelby Grace on December 26, 1998. God chose to spare her life at 9 days old when she became critically ill with a congenital heart defect. They rejoice that on medication and close monitoring she is doing fine. Her brother, Daniel (2), awaited her arrival. Bobby and Jennifer serve with Word of Life Austria. Bobby directs the pioneer youth ministry and has seen many youth respond to the Gospel. Stephen '91 and Traci Barker Ross'94N announce the birth of Samantha Morgan. She was born April 9, 1998 and joins her older brother, Noah (2). Steve is the internal audit manager with Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. Carrie Quinn Sandlin '91 and her husband, Perry, announce the birth of Jacob Richard on January 11, 1999. He joins his brother, Michael (2), at home in Toledo, Ohio. Carrie is a full-time mom, but finds the time to teach part- time at Owens College and direct plays at Toledo Christian High School. Wendell'91N and Christine Rober Strutz'90 announce the birth of Harrison Paul on April 24, 1999. Harrison is greatly loved by Wendell 11 (5)and Madeleine (3). The family resides in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Heather Hidalgo Brainard '92 and her husband, David, announce the birth of Emma Austen on March 6, 1999. They reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Lori Lindner French '92 and her husband, David, announce the birth of Alexandra Lyn on March 6, 1999. The Lindners teach missionary kids at Faith Academy in the Philippines. They produced a musical in May, where Lori was the director, costume designer, and choreographer. David Gosman'92 and his wife, Lisa, announce the birth of Ashley Nicole on December 5, 1998. David is the owner and manager of Madison Truss Company in Madison, Indiana, and Lisa is a homemaker. Lawrence'92N and Kate Rockey Gross'91 announce the birth of Lawrence Charles III on May 11, 1998. Micah was welcomed home by his two sisters, Elya (5) and Kaitlyn (3), in Washington. Amy Hurst Imlay'92 and her husband, Russell, announce the birth of twins, Jared Russell and Lauren Ann, on March 12, 1998. The family resides in Columbus, Indiana, where Amy is a labor and delivery nurse at Bartholomew County Hospital.
