Twenty-five men returned to campus to play in the alumnigame.After some very competitive play, the Blue team emerges victorious with a finalscore of 101-92! At halftime, Jane Adams Smith '84, presents a limited- edition print of Founders Hall to Lynette Bishop Snell'90N after her winning ticket stub was drawn. Congratulations, Lynette! Members ofthe Undergraduate Alumni Association help register over500 alumni who returned to the 'Ville for Alumni Basketball Weekend. Forty members make up the UAA roster for the 97-98 school year. Three future Cedarville College students start making friends for a lifetime as they enjoy Alumni Basketball Weekend. Mindy Humble Bankey'93, Diane Rank Smith '92,Amy Zehr McIntosh '93, and RachelHoward'94 renew friendships after engaging in some friendly competition on the court. Following the men's varsity game,alumnigather in Alumni Hall to enjoy a gourmet dessert reception and more fellowship with friends. 1998 Athletic Hall ofFame D uring Alumni Basketball Weekend,four outstanding alumni were inducted into the Cedarville College Athletic Hall of Fame.Formed in 1984,the Hall of Fame gives special recognition to individuals who have enjoyed significant achievements as a Cedarville student athlete, as a Cedarville coach,or for other athletic endeavors following their time at Cedarville.The Hall ofFame is supported by the gifts offriends of the College and ofthe athletic program. The 1998 inductees are Ann Berger Vogel'84,an outstanding tennis performer from 1981 to 1984; Chris Friesen Greenwood '89,who excelled in both basketball and softball from 1989 to 1992;Rob Moore '88,an NAIA All-American and outstanding competitor in track and field from 1983 to 1987;and Kirk Martin '76, who played tennisfrom 1972 to 1976 and has had an outstanding career coaching high school girls'basketball at nearby Southeastern High School in South Charleston,Ohio. 7SPRING '98
