Randy and Lisa’s books are the latest tangible evidence of lives devoted to teaching biblical parenting principles. Randy and Lisa are the founders of ”Generations of Light”—a ministry for fathers and mothers which focuses on biblical manhood and womanhood. The Wilsons speak around the country in an effort to help families live in moments (kairos time) instead of minutes (chronos time), show how God’s passion is released through the power of families, and give insight into the weight of fathering and mothering. Randy and Lisa have presented their message at gatherings such as the Navigator President’s Conference, Kansas Homeschool Conference, NASCAR Family Conference, and the Focus on the Family Attorney’s Conference. Outside of Generations of Light, Randy works for Focus on the Family’s legislative and cultural affairs division as a field representative. He helps form and build state family policy councils, which are nonprofit research and education organizations dedicated to the preservation of the family in the cultural and public policy realm. Lisa home-schools their six children and speaks nationally at MOPS groups, women’s retreats, and conferences. Both Randy and Lisa love opening their home to couples for discipleship and mentorship.
