Inspire 29 Gabe ’97 and Lisa Vannatta Sava ’97 announce the birth of Alexis Faith on December 3, 2004. They reside in Carrollton, Virginia, where Gabe is the senior engineer for Northrop Grummon Newport News. Lisa works part-time as a registered nurse in a cardiovascular office and loves staying home with Lexi the rest of the time. Jeff ’97 and Melissa Hewitt Stanton ’97 announce the birth of Helena Grace on April 4, 2005. Her siblings, Caleb (5) and KayleighAnne (3), welcomed her home in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Jeff is working in IT management, and Melissa enjoys staying at home with the kids. Bill Workman ’97 and his wife, Julie, announce the birth of Justin Lee on October 13, 2005. He joins his brother, Alex, at home in Westerville, Ohio. Bill is currently in the family business, Miller Component Sales, and Julie is a stay-at-home mom. Julie Wires Clark ’98 and her husband, Matthew, announce the birth of Kinslee Elizabeth on August 4, 2005. Madison (4) and Braden (2) awaited her arrival. The family has recently relocated to Springfield, Ohio. Michelle Boehm Garman ’98 and her husband, Clint, announce the birth of Calix David on October 14, 2005. Clint works for Lifeway for Youth, which is a licensed child placement organization placing children into therapeutic foster care/counseling. Michelle enjoys staying at home to care for Calix after teaching elementary students for the past seven years. They reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jodie Hager Hildenbrand ’98 and her husband, Jason, announce the birth of Joanna Joy on September 24, 2004. They look forward to the birth of their son in May 2006. Jodie is a registered nurse, and Jason is a high school math teacher. They reside in Amanda, Ohio. Craig Magrum ’98 and his wife, Gayle, announce the adoption of Eban Jacob. They started fostering Eban on February 3, 2005 when he was three days old. His adoption was finalized on December 19, 2005 in Toledo, Ohio. Andy ’98 and Patricia Rice Malone ’98 are serving the Lord in Central Asia. Patricia is a nurse at CURE International Hospital, and Andy is working in road construction and project management. Ethan McQuinn ’98 received his juris doctor degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in May 2005. He then passed the Colorado bar exam and was admitted to practice law in Colorado. He is currently an attorney at Anderson, Hemmat, and Levine in Denver, Colorado. Nikki Anderson Myers ’98 and her husband, Dave, reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado with their two children, Elizabeth “Ellie” Arwen (3) and Stephen Rohan (1). Dave is an electrical engineer, and Nikki is now pursuing her master’s degree at the University of Colorado and coordinating their church’s outreach to a local public elementary school. Previously, Nikki taught at-risk students for four years. Matt Rexford ’98 has completed his first recording of original worship songs, which is titled The Story of Your Glory. You can order the project at www.mattrexford . com. Tim Simon ’98 and his wife, Susan, announce the birth of Caleb Andrew on July 22, 2005. They reside in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where Tim works as a special agent with the FBI and Susan enjoys her time at home with Caleb. Jana Wright Bodag ’99 and her husband, Michael, announce the birth of Elijah James on October 22, 2005. He was born with a heart defect called “transposition of the great arteries,” which, of course, means his arteries were switched around. He had open heart surgery at two weeks of age to correct the condition. Big sister Madison (5) welcomed him home in Springfield, Ohio. Jana teaches high school special education at Graham Local Schools, and Michael is a program support analyst at SafeNet, Inc. Jason ’99 and Charity Rizer Grahame ’98 announce the birth of Alexander Richard on February 23, 2005. He joins his sister, Brianna (2), at home in Chesapeake, Virginia. Jason is a physician assistant for the Jordan Young Orthopedic Institute, and Charity enjoys being at home with the kids. They are celebrating God’s goodness in leading them to the diagnosis of Charity’s celiac disease, which enabled her health to improve dramatically once on the medically restrictive diet. Justin Martens ’99 and his wife, Cheryl, announce the birth of Ryleigh Noelle. She was born June 28, 2005 and joins her sister, Brianna Nicole (2), at home in Kevin ’96 and Hannah Broeckert Sherd ’97 announce the adoptions of Gage Marshall (4) and Kayla Marie (3) on July 26, 2005, and Katelyn Beth (2) on November 10, 2005. The children were placed with the family two years ago; now all are so thankful the adoptions are finalized. Kevin is an electrical engineer with the Midwest International Standards Organization, and Hannah stays home with the children in Noblesville, Indiana. Bart ’97 and Emily Weber Allen ’99 announce the birth of Titus Joseph on March 14, 2005. He joins his brother, Luke (3), at home. The Allens graduated in May from New Tribes Bible Institute in Jackson, Michigan. They are currently continuing the training with New Tribes Mission in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, with the goal of becoming church planters to tribal people who have never heard of Jesus Christ. He was welcomed home by his brother, Samuel Graham (2), in Medford, New Jersey. Steve works in human resources outsourcing at Dunn Corp Resources, and Charlene enjoys staying home with the boys. Jeff Hock ’97 and his wife, Erin, announce the birth of Aiden Michael on June 8, 2004. Jeff is the e-marketing manager for www.Zlimit.com. They reside in Monroe, Ohio. Jennifer Ferris Larson ’97 and her husband, Michael, announce the birth of Alec Paul on March 31, 2005. He was welcomed home by his brother, Eric (3), in Roanoke, Virginia. Jen works part-time as the nurse manager of the Blue Ridge Women’s Center, and Mike is the property manager of Total Action Against Poverty-Head Start. Paul ’97 and Jill Avery Leiter ’97 announce the birth of Ellsie Marie. She was born May 31, 2005 and joins her sister, Allison (3), in Elkhart, Indiana. Paul is a plant manager for Continental Industries, and Jill stays at home with the girls. Daniel Rudd ’97 and his wife, Andrea, recently finalized the adoption of their twin boys, Isaac and Will, whom they took home from the hospital seven months ago. They reside in North Muskegon, Michigan.
