Inspire 31 Jeremy Willetts ’06 and Kelly Woodruff ’05 were married August 6, 2005 at Calvary Baptist Church in Bellefontaine, Ohio. After a honeymoon in Tennessee, they returned to Cedarville, where Jeremy is finishing up his senior year in preseminary Bible and Kelly works in the career services office. In Memory Of We extend our condolences to the families and friends of these dear loved ones. James Anderson ’38 went home to be with the Lord on October 29, 2005. He was active in several societies and committees in Monroe, Ohio and retired in 1981 from his medical practice. He is survived by many loving family members, including his wife, Bertha. Walter Johnson ’39 went home to be with the Lord on November 11, 2005. He is survived by his wife, Jean (Elliott) ’41 . Wayne Rader ’62 went home to be with the Lord on November 16, 2005 in Pennsylvania. Wayne had taught ninth grade English in the Seneca Valley School System for 35 years. He had also been very active in the local church. His wife, Nancy (Warkentin) ’63 , their three sons, and other family members await the day they will be reunited in heaven. Ken Weddle ’71 went home to be with the Lord on November 18, 2005 in Aurora, Illinois. Ken had been the pastor of Central Bible Church since 1994. He and his wife, Linda, regularly spoke at camps and leadership conferences. Recently, Ken had finished writing the Pastor’s Role Training Book for Awana Clubs International. Scott Rieck ’04 graduated to glory on January 23, 2006. He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Susan, and his sister, Karen ’07 . honeymoon in Florida, they returned to their home in Dayton, Ohio. Nick works for an IT company in Kettering, and Allison teaches inner-city second graders in Dayton. Todd Beall ’04 and Annie Stafford ’04 were married March 5, 2005 at Grace Baptist Church in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The couple now resides in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota, where they both work at Crown College. Todd is a multimedia specialist and assistant soccer coach, and Annie works in the academic division. Annie is also pursuing her master’s degree in organizational leadership. Rachel Bender ’04 and Sherwin Yoder were married May 14, 2005 in Accident, Maryland. After a honeymoon in Vermont, the couple returned to their home in Grantsville, Maryland. Rachel is a registered nurse in labor and delivery at West Virginia University Hospital, and Sherwin is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in education at Frostburg State University. Amy Dickey Hinderer ’04 and her husband, Robert, announce the birth of Alyssa Hope on October 10, 2005. They reside in Mahomet, Illinois, where Amy works for a real estate office. Stephanie Taylor ’04 and Chad Monroe were married June 25, 2005 at Grace Baptist Church in Powder Springs, Georgia. After a honeymoon in the Bahamas, they returned to their home at Ft. Rucker in Enterprise, Alabama. Chad is a second lieutenant in the Army and is currently in flight school. Stephanie works at Sylvan Learning Center and substitute teaches in the local schools. Drew Borton ’06 and Kristin Jones ’05 were married August 14, 2004 in Troy, Ohio. After a honeymoon in California, they returned to Cedarville where Drew is finishing up his senior year as a mechanical engineering major and varsity basketball player. Kristin is the administrative assistant in the alumni relations office at Cedarville. Following graduation, Drew will be employed as an engineer at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Danielle Petermann ’09 went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2005. Danielle and her roommate, Amber Jones ’09 , were on their way back to campus following lunch in Springfield to celebrate Amber’s 19th birthday. Amber’s car hit a patch of ice, went left of center, and was hit by an oncoming car. The accident broke Amber’s jaw in several places, and there at the crash site Danielle immediately met her Savior Jesus Christ face to face. An early childhood education and psychology major, Danielle was passionate about serving others. She was active in Joni Eareckson Tada’s Joni and Friends Ministries, which provides retreats for families affected by disabilities, and the Ohio Special Olympics. Danielle also co-led a Sunday school class for children who are deaf and served many other children with special needs at her home church. Her passions and talents included sign language, singing, playing the piano, and worshipping Jesus. Because Danielle was a graduate of Tree of Life Christian School in Columbus, Ohio, memorial donations may be made in her name to the Tree of Life Tuition Assistance Fund.
