Nursing A native of Rochester, New York, Allison Mapes is a junior nursing major with an open heart to whatever God may call her to do after graduation. She is currently involved in the Christian Nurses Association, nursing home ministry, Student Academic Advisory Board, and intramural soccer. I am truly grateful for the opportunity I have to study at Cedarville. God is using this time here to help me grow and learn so many things. I really appreciate and am thankful for the scholarship. It was an unexpected surprise and a great encouragement. Thank you! Psychology Teaching aerobics on campus, tutoring in psychology, and counseling at the Springfield Crisis Pregnancy Center all keep Katie Kepner busy. Even so, the Marlton, New Jersey native manages to carry a double major of psychology and Bible. Katie is a junior, and she has been involved in student government and a missions trip to an Arizona Navajo reservation. "The Cedarville Experience" has truly changed the person that I am and the person I am becoming. However, anyone who has paid for a college education knows that paying the bill can be a little scary and even painfuL I have been so blessed to have my financial needs met thus far—thank you for being a part of this blessing! Science and Mathematics A sophomore majoring in computer science, Kelly O'Connell enjoys Bible study and volunteering at Twin Valley Psychiatric System. This past spring break, Kelly enjoyed a missions trip through Baptist Collegiate Ministries. She is from Centreville, Maryland. I would like to thank the alumni for making this scholarship possible. It is truly an honor to be chosen and a great help financially. In my thanking God for this blessing, the thought came to mind that He, our heavenly Dad, truly does know how to give good gifts. I thank you so much for your contribution to this scholarship and pray that you will continue to be blessed tremendously as you allow the Lord to bless your younger siblings through you.
