32 Summer 2004 Greenbrier Christian Academy. Laura recently left her teaching position to be home with Karis. Julie Wires Clark ’98 and her husband, Matthew, announce the birth of Braden Michael on January 8, 2003. Madison (2) awaited his arrival. Matthew is an electrical engineer at Delphi in Warren, Ohio, and Julie stays home with the children. Greg ’98 and Gina Hutley Dyson ’98 serve as the executive directors for the Lion’s Den Youth Outreach Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. The center is designed to meet the needs of those who would never walk into a church. It gives them a safe place to hang out, eat, talk, and see that someone cares. Dusty ’98 and Megan Stevens Hill ’98 have three children: Macy (5), Austin (3), and Cade (9 months). They are excited to announce Dusty’s position as an All-State insurance agent in Coshocton, Ohio. Megan is coaching varsity track at River View High School in Warsaw, Ohio. Carla Salvaggio ’98 and Mark Hillis were married July 19, 2003 in Norfolk, Virginia. Carla has taught six years at Greenbrier Christian Academy and has also coached basketball and volleyball. Mark currently teaches 11th grade Bible doctrines and business at Greenbrier and also coaches girls’ soccer. They reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Jamie Weiss ’98 and Art Gabbard were married August 7, 2003. They were recently transferred to Germany with the Army. Art is serving in Iraq, and Jamie is keeping busy with church groups and Army ministries. BJ Bechtel ’99 and Shanna Niezwaag were married May 15, 2004. BJ is the center manager at the Inner City Impact organization in Chicago, Illinois. Erin French ’99 and Rodney Hyatt were married June 7, 2003 in Duck, North Carolina. Erin is a software buyer for Circuit City Corporation, and Rodney is a regional project manager with Ace Hardware. They reside in Midlothian, Virginia. Greg ’99 and Trisha Johnson Larson ’99 announce the birth of Elise Catherine on November 15, 2003. She joins her sister, Maryn (2), in Rockford, Michigan, and they attend West Cannon Baptist Church. Ben Peterson ’99 and his wife, Tracy, announce the birth of Abigail Suzanne on July 20, 2003. Ben is a marketing consultant for VantagePoint, and Tracy stays busy at home with Abby. They are members of Southside Fellowship and enjoy spending time with many other Cedarville alums in Greenville, South Carolina. Raymond “Lee” Reinhard ’99 and his wife, Courtney, announce the birth of Garrett Lee on January 17, 2002. He joins his brothers, Andrew and Tyler, at home in DeGraff, Ohio. Erin Stuenzi Runkles ’99 and her husband, Heath, announce the birth of Ethan James on October 21, 2003. They reside in Mount Airy, Maryland. Allison Justice Thompson ’99 and her husband, Chris, announce the birth of Angelina Renee on May 16, 2003. Chris is a locomotive mechanic and is going back to school to study nursing. The Thompsons reside in Clarkville, Tennessee and are expecting another baby in August. Bill Woods ’99 and Molly Rexford ’01 were married November 22, 2003 at The Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. They reside in Ligonier, Pennsylvania, where they both work at Maple Mountain Industries. 2000s Kyle ’00 and Heather Tyson Kickbusch ’00 celebrated their one-year anniversary on May 24, 2004. They reside in Sylvania, Ohio. Jason Overturf '00 and Clairice “Reese” Erdner were married September 21, 2002 at Greenwood Baptist Church in Thomasville, North Carolina. Several Cedarville alumni and staff participated in and attended the wedding. After a two-week honeymoon featuring stays in Orlando, Savannah, and Charleston, the couple returned to their home in Morrisville, North Carolina, near Raleigh-Durham. Jason is an account representative for a worldwide supply-chain company, and Reese is a paraplanner/broker's assistant for a financial planning firm. Teresa Burchfield ’01 and Jason May were married March 1, 2003. Teresa is a neonatal nurse, and Jason is pursuing a physician’s assistant degree. They reside in Spring Lake, Michigan. Rachelle Denton ’01 and Aaron Anderson were married July 26, 2003 in Dover, Florida. Rachelle works at Progressive Insurance, and Aaron is finishing up his master’s degree in mathematics at the University of South Florida. They reside in Brandon, Florida. On National Teachers’ Day (May 4, 2004), Wal-Mart named Suzy Bosworth Stoll ’01 the Wal-Mart Teacher of the Year for the Beavercreek, Ohio area. Suzy was nominated for the award by one of her students at Mad River Middle School, where she teaches math, social studies, and reading. Suzy received a $1,000 grant for her classroom and is now eligible for the state-level Wal- Mart Teacher of the Year Award. Suzy resides in Dayton with her husband, Josh.
