Summer 2007 Inspire inspire The Cedarville University Alumni Magazine Volume 17 Issue 4 Director’ s Chair I remember my first youth pastor. I was just in junior high, but I looked up to him, his wife, and all those really cool senior high students he worked with most closely. Who knew that more than 30 years later I’d be publishing that young Cedarville grad’s story in the CU magazine I now edit? Bruce McDonald ’69 ( Inspire , Fall 2006) provided my first glimpse into youth ministry. Youth ministry has certainly changed since then, but the impact these faithful men and women have on young people hasn’t. This issue of Inspire focuses on innovative youth ministries and some of the Cedarville alumni who are committed to them. In addition to this issue of Inspire , many other things are happening in CU alumni relations.
