A Mentor in Ministry Meet the man who has guided Cedarville alumni for 30 years. Mentoring, for some, has become a trendy topic, but for Pastor Tom Wright, Jr., it is a way of life and a ministry priority he has modeled for decades. In his 30 years as senior pastor at Memorial Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio, he has served as a mentor to his pastoral staff, nearly all of whom have been Cedarville graduates. He has a special place in his heart for Cedarville students — his four children attended Cedarville and married Cedarville alumni.
