At the conclusion of his State of the College Address in Homecoming Chapel, President Paul Dixon announced the next major building project for Cedarville College. The trustees have approved plans to move ahead on a new chapel seating a minimum of 3,500 to be located at the Northeast end of Cedar Lake. Adjacent and possibly connected to the new James T. Jeremiah Chapel will be a music facility. If funding is available, the buildings will be constructed as one project. Alumni are asked to pray that the planning and funding would be available to have these facilities in use by the fall of 1996. DEATHS Joanna(Jodi)Ronk Grosh'67 died unexpectedly on September 17, 1993 in Springfield,Ohio.She was49.Her survivors include her husband, Dr. Ronald M.Grosh '67,and two daughters, Jennifer and Jessica. Atthe time of her death she was an assistant professor at Clark State Community College in Springfield. Mrs.Grosh previously taught at Cedarville College as an adjunct professor ofEnglish.The family resides at 2184Possum Road East, Springfield, Ohio,45502. Dick Muntis'73 passed away on September 10, 1993 at his home in Spencerville,Ohio. Mr. Muntis was a paramedic in Spencerville and a long time teacher, helper,and friend to members ofthe Cedarville College Emergency Medical Service (CCEMS).Squad members referred to Mr. Muntis as their "off-campus advisor" and say that his life was marked by humble service to others. He often provided free training,equipment,and funds to CCEMS whenever a need arose. Mr. Muntis made himself available to CCEMS members to help them with problems they might have and was known to be able to find the answers to any of their questions. Upon his death, Mr. Muntis willed several items to CCEMS including all of his medical books,his medical bag filled with supplies, several EMS radios,and a light bar and siren. We extend our deepest sympathy to his family. Pamela Sue Constable'92N died suddenly on October 2, 1993 in Barrie, Ontario.She was 22. The daughter of Mr.and Mrs.Carl Constable of Toronto,she also leaves four brothers.Pam was born in Fort Wayne,Indiana,graduated from Paul B.Smith Academy in Willowdale,Ontario in 1989, and was an office technology major at Cedarville College. 11 WINTER'93
