HOMECOA Alumni Week welcomed alumni musicians and guest speakers to the Cedarville College chapel platform. Others not pictured who ministered were Ken Nichols'68 (1996 Alumnus of the Year,see page 3); Carpe Diem,ajazz ensemble which brought back Brian Megilligan '94,Steve Wintle '94, Mike Leshan'94,and Jeremy Washburn '96;and Stacy Towle Morgan '81, who provided the students a challenge through word and music. The5 year reunion for the Class of 1991 set a record in attendance. Over 235 class,family, and faculty members enjoyed the gathering. Craig Slater'84 Chris Pilet'88 The 20 year reunion was celebrated in grand style with an indoor barbeque dinner, children's program,and blast from the past. The class of 1976 also rode in the Homecoming parade. gal Class0'76 (A1,1111,1 JA1EMIA UAAers Jay VanHeukelum,Doug Bayler, Craig Hamer,and Jon Williams assisted the alumni office with Homecoming preparation and events. The Alumni Scholarship Auction raised over $7,500 for the endowed fund principal. Thanks to Sandy Holwerda Schlappi'77 for her acquisition of 100items auctioned,to Batt Sheridan for donating his services, and to all who attended and supported this effort. Moonlight Madness, a Homecoming event which is becoming increasingly popular with students and young alumni, kicked offthe 1906-97 basketball season. The senior class won the float competition with a replica of Mount Rushmore and stilt walker Scott Judkins as Uncle Sam. David'86 and Marlene Seifert Williams'86 and sons enjoyed the 10 year reunion dessert buffet, a new class directory, and special activities for the children. A highlight of the weekend!
