Bryan Miller'98 and Holly Peterson'98 were married July 18, 1998. They reside in Chesapeake, Virginia. Ben Nordaas'98 and Holly Barnett'98 were married in July 1998. They are elementary teachers at the International School of China. Jake Porter'98 and Jill Witte'98 were married October 3, 1998.They spent their honeymoon in the Cayman Islands. Jake has completed officers' training and is stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. After obtaining a master's degree in elementary education from Gardner Webb University in 1996, Cynthia has ended her sixteen-year teaching career to stay at home with Scott. She had been teaching first grade for the last seven years in the Winston- Salem, North Carolina county schools. Peter obtained an MBA from Wake Forest University in 1991. Since then he has been a business advisor for a group of physicians. He manages the physicians' practice, oversees personal and practice investments, handles outside business ventures, and most recently began doing some commercial real estate acquisition and development. He underwent chemotherapy and radiation therapies and also had surgery. As of the last CT scan, everything was fine. We have much to praise the Lord for!" As a captain in the Army Nurse Corps, she is the head nurse of the new transitional unit at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. JoAnn continues to work part-time as a registered nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit at Children's Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Jeff'93 and Robbin Krull Rinehart'93 announce the birth of Claire Lauren Elyse on July 7, 1998. Jeff is a special agent for the United States Secret Service, while Robbin enjoys caring for Claire at home.The Rineharts reside in Westerville, Ohio.
