Kevin Judkins ’99 and Sonya Foster ’00 were married October 7, 2000 in Leesburg, Virginia. They held their own Cedarville reunion because many alumni and students were at the wedding. Kevin and Sonya reside in Sterling, Virginia. Luke Postema ’99 and Kelly Montague ’99 were married June 24, 2000 at Ganson St. Baptist Church in Jackson, Michigan. Several Cedarville alumni participated in the wedding. The Postemas honeymooned in northern Michigan and returned to their home in Rochester, New York. Luke is a senior engineer at Harris RF Communications, and Kelly is the biology lab coordinator at Nazareth College of Rochester. Aaron ’99 and Amanda Ringler Wolfe ’99 announce the birth of Anna Esther on June 20, 2001. Her brother, Aaron Daniel (1), welcomed her home in Ashland, Ohio, where Aaron is an electrical engineer for Chandler Systems, Inc., and Amanda enjoys staying home with the children. Paul Yuen ’99 and Natalie Bunch ’99 were married July 29, 2000 in an outdoor wedding in the Toledo Botanical Gardens. Paul and Natalie have made their home in Toledo, Ohio. 2000s Arik ’00 and Krista Keesling Akerberg ’96 announce the birth of Allyson Marie. She was born May 25, 2001 and joins her siblings, Arik (5) and Aryn (2), at home in Manchester, New Hampshire. Arik is a hardware design engineer, and Krista stays at home with the children. Philip Ausfahl ’00 and Charisa Ripma ’01 were married June 23, 2001 at Heights Baptist Church in Alvin, Texas. Several Cedarville alumni participated in the wedding. The Ausfahls enjoyed a honeymoon in Branson, Missouri, and now reside in Houston, Texas. Robyn Cannon ’00 and Jeremy Lobdell were married May 26, 2001 in Springfield, Missouri. Jeremy is a student at Dallas Theological Seminary, and Robyn gives piano lessons. They reside in Dallas, Texas. Shawn Conley ’00 and Amy Morse ’00 were married May 12, 2001 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Flint, Michigan. After a honeymoon in the Smoky Mountains, the couple made their home in Clinton Township, Michigan. Nathan Jenkins ’00 and Rachelle Elder ’98 were married June 16, 2001 in Ballston Spa, New York. Several Cedarville alumni participated in the wedding. After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple returned home to Ballston Spa. Nathan is a project engineer at Comfortex, and Rachelle teaches high school math. Gregory Johnson ’00 and Noelle Folkmann ’99 were married October 14, 2000. Several Cedarville alumni participated in the wedding. Greg is a nuclear officer in the United States Navy, and Noelle is a counselor at a home for troubled youth. They reside in North Charleston, South Carolina. Margarita McCullough ’00 and Brandon Price were married May 20, 2000. They reside in Columbus, Indiana. Suzanne Lehman Nolt ’00 and her husband, Shawn, announce the birth of Alyssa Christine on June 24, 2001. Shawn works with AutoCAD and publishes programs at Venture Products, and Suzanne enjoys staying at home. They are both involved at Chestnut Ridge Mennonite Church as music leaders, and Shawn is the laypastor. They reside in Orrville, Ohio. Grady Peeler ’00 and Sarah High ’00 were married February 24, 2001 at Wealthy Park Baptist Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After a trip to Florida and a Caribbean cruise, the couple made their home in Chicago, Illinois. Grady is an accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Sarah is a web-based instructional designer at Micro General Corporation. Casey Ruffin ’00 and Andrew Paugh were married on August 18, 2001. Andy is in his senior year at Cedarville University, and Casey works at Mead in Dayton, Ohio. Ann Marie Swartz ’00 and David Schrader were married October 27, 2001. They reside in Freeport, Illinois. Before her marriage, Ann Marie had been a case manager at Mental Health Services for Madison County (Ohio) and had started the social work master’s program at Ohio State. She plans to finish this degree in Illinois. Nathan Verwys ’00 and Andrea Patterson ’01 were married September 1, 2001. They reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Andrew Gingrich ’01 and Erin Burkhardt ’01 were married July 13, 2001 in New Jersey. Andy is a student at Dallas Theological Seminary, and Erin is teaching seventh and eighth grade English at a local magnet school (a school with specialized curricula). They reside in Plano, Texas. Aaron Habegger ’01 and Cara Anderson ’00 were married July 29, 2000 in Uniontown, Ohio. Aaron is attending Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, and Cara teaches high school English at Christian Academy of Louisville. Edward Letts ’01 and Alicia Good ’01 were married July 21, 2001 at Calvary Baptist Church in Wabash, Indiana. They enjoyed a honeymoon in the Smoky Mountains before returning home to Hillsboro, Ohio. Alicia is a nurse at Highland District Hospital, and Edward is an English teacher and cross-country coach at Hillsboro High School. Steven Norris ’01 and Terra Wood ’01 were married August 4, 2001. After a honeymoon in Key Largo, Florida, the couple returned home to Kettering, Ohio. Terra is a registered nurse at Children’s Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Cliff Reynolds ’01 and Alison Warren ’01 were married in October 2001. They reside in New Carlisle, Ohio. Aaron Wylie ’01 and Janelle Shev ’01 were married August 4, 2001. They reside in Sarasota, Florida. In Memory Of Lois Cummings Dukes '25 went home to be with the Lord in November 2001. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Cedarville University's Memorial Scholarship Fund in her name. We extend our deepest sympathy to Lois' family. Charlotte Fudge King ’36 went home to be with the Lord on October 25, 2001. After graduating from Cedarville, she became a teacher for Xenia City Schools. She and her husband, George, had three children. Charlotte was a member of the Super 60s and the Retired Teacher’s Association. She was also active in her church and volunteered for the Red Cross and Greene Memorial Hospital. We extend our deepest sympathy to her family and the residents of Greene Oaks Nursing Home, where she will be sadly missed. Max Michael ’48 went home to be with the Lord on December 17, 2000. We extend our deepest sympathy to his wife, Helen “Majel” Porter Michael ’48 , in Onsted, Michigan. Intensive Study with CMC Kyle Willett ’01 has begun an intensive semester of study at the Contemporary Music Center on Martha’s Vineyard. This multi- talented musician will spend the next three months gaining performance experience and knowledge of the music business under the direction of two long-time industry leaders, Tom Willett and Warren Pettit. In addition, Kyle has signed with Offshore Entertainment Group, a management, booking, and public relations firm. His semester will include regular concert appearances in the Boston area as well as a multi-city tour of the East Coast. The Contemporary Music Center (CMC) offers an opportunity to live and work with fellow musicians, music business students, and industry professionals in a creative and intellectually challenging environment. Students gain hands-on experience in recording, performing, producing, and marketing contemporary music while earning college credit. The CMC is one of ten off-campus study programs offered by the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities.
