Published by The Edwin Mellen Press, an international publisher of scholarly research, this book is expected to change academic paradigms concerning the cause of political tolerance and behavior. Political Tolerance suggests that cultural interactions between individuals, rather than inner psychological characteristics and tendencies, determine political tolerance and behavior. This new take on the effects of cultural factors is expected to provide a new, stimulating approach to viewing human beings and their behaviors. The book will hit shelves in February 2003, but can already be found at www.amazon.com . Gerson, an assistant professor of political science at Cedarville University, has been teaching at Cedarville since 1999. He holds both a master’s degree and a doctorate from the University of Cincinnati. To share your photo with Inspire readers, please send one glossy photo to the alumni relations office, 251 N.
