Library Report 2019 - 20: Assessment Supplement New Student Orientation Survey The 2019 Orientation had very positive scores from attendees. Students did note that the CMC/MediaPlex session could be better explained and that the student tours needed to be smaller. An ongoing question has been how students hear about the event - this year ’ s responses suggested that word - of - mouth is not as important a communication method as email announcements and schedule visibility.
