The Imaginary Invalid
Victoria E. Duff* (Stage Manager) is a senior theatre and English major from Grand Rapids, Michigan. She previously stage managed Cedarville’s production of The Mousetrap. Victorias acting credits on the Cedarville stage include Ybu're a GoodMan, Charlie Brown;Arsenic and OldLace; and A Doll'sHouse. She is in her second year on Cedarville’s drama touring team, Lifeline Players, and also acts as Becca Taylor in the radio drama Down GileadLane. Victoria hopes to continue to graduate school after finishing her degree to better prepare her for a career in theatre, both on stage and off. Grant C. Hansen* (Cleante) is a junior theatre and communication arts major from Ankeny, Iowa, and was last seen on the CITstage as Mr. Paravicini in last fall’s production of TheMousetrap and as an ensemble member in Ybu’re a GoodMan, Charlie Broun He also filled the shoes of Mortimer Brewster in Cedarville’s 2006 production of A 'senic and OldLace. Other credits include Proof (Harold Dobbs), Footloose the Musical! (Ren McCormack), and Once on this Island (Agwe). Grant serves as the team leader for Lifeline Players, Cedarville’s touring drama ministry team. After graduating next year, he plans to pursue performance, travel the world, and continue learning at graduate school, in no particular order. John Hawkins (Mr. Fleurant) is a senior majoring in preseminary Bible with minors in philosophy, Greek, and creative writing. The Imaginary Invalid is John’s debut on Cedarville’s stage. He grew up in Lynchburg, Virginia, and in the future he hopes to travel, write, and serve. Jordan Hayes (Mr. DeBonnefoi) Jordan is a sophomore from Port Orchard, Washington with an undeclared major and a minor in Bible. He has been involved in productions of Jane Austen’s Emma and Shakespeare’s The Taninig ofthe Shrew At present, Jordan has no definite plans for the future, but is waiting on God’s guidance. Justin Hobbs (Mr. Purgon) is a sophomore from Westerville, Ohio. He is a theatre major with a concentration in performance and also has a Bible minor, hi high school Justin performed in a number of productions, including Cheaper by the Dozen, in which he played the lead role, and Our Town. Justin is excited to make his Cedarville debut in The Imaginary Invalid After graduating from college, Justin plans to travel. Meredith Brooke Lang* (Toinette) is a senior theatre major from Indianapolis, Indiana. She has worked on many shows at Cedarville including stage managing The GlassMenagerie, hi other venues her acting credits include TheMusicMail; The Sound of Music; TheKing and I; 1 bu're A GoodMan, Charlie Brown; Once Upon A Mattress ;and The Wizard of Oz. hi the future, she hopes to be involved in management and performance at a local theatre hi Denver, Colorado.
