WHAT'S NEW? Eleven new,1 faru/ty have been added for the 1982-83 school year. Preagriculture is a new program this fall. Students are now able to study for two years at Cedarville and receive all essential agricul– ture core courses before transfer– ring to a college of agriculture for their junior and senior years . Areas of emphasis include ag– riculture business and agriculture science, and encompass about 100 hours of work. The Bachelor ofScience in Nursing program received approval in April , 1982. Ninety-seven students are now involved in prenursing studies. A new 146-bed dormitory was completed recently and is now oc– cupied. The three-story structure contains the village of Cedarville's only elevator and is the first college building to be placed on a new Energy Management System designed to control and conserve energy usage. New Health Center facilities will soon be provided by the renova– tion of Patterson Hall. Remodel– ing of the former dormitory is set for some ti me in 1983.
