Features The Discipline of the Physical 2 Discipline is a must for a life of excellence. Most of us are familiar with — perhaps even faithful to — the spiritual disciplines of prayer, Bible study, and worship. But, the discipline of the physical body is also important. Wellness is in vogue. Physical well-being, enhanced through a routine of exercise and proper nutrition, is a smart thing to do. With that in mind, the University promotes a FIT Challenge each year to encourage healthy lifestyles for faculty and staff families. Please join us as we continue to pray for America and its leaders.
