Walk about Zion, and go around her: Count her towers; consider her ramparts; go through her palaces; that you may tell it to the next generation. 10 TORCH / Spring 2001 At Zion National Park in Utah, majestic mountains rise towards heaven and tower over gently flowing streams. Below: The “March to Zion” stopped for a moment at Zion’s entrance so that Bob, Katie, Ben, Nora, and Becky could pose for Sue. A short ride south took us to the overwhelming site of the mountains comprising Zion National Park, also in Utah. Katie: We went to Zion on a Sunday, so it was really like we were “Marching to Zion.” Bob: That evening as we plunged into bed for a needed night’s rest we read Psalm 48, especially noting verses 1, 2, 12, 13: A Family Vacation to See God’s Marvelous Creation
