This newly-formed organization, divid- ed into a men's and women's group, was created for the purpose of handling minor discipline problems in the school. Thus far the governments have proved effective in promoting a spiritual atmosphere and help- ing the students to realize their Christian responsibility in, and attitude toward, mat- ters of discipline.
