Sumner Pastor Temple Baptist Church Fall Evangelistic Services The speaker for the Fall Evangelistic Services (September 24-28) was the Reverend Robert Sumner, pastor of the Temple Baptist Church,Portsmouth, Ohio. Pastor Sumner began his evangelistic work in 1954 and has become quite well-known in his field. In addition to this, he has authored numerous articlepsa,mphlets, and books in- cluding The Church On Fire. At present he is contributing editor of The Sword of the Lord, published by John R. Rice, and has served as associate editor of this magazine.
